It started in a nursing home kitchen.
Mrs. Manske wasn’t a baker by trade — she was a caretaker. But when she brought her homemade cinnamon rolls to work, something happened. A legend was born.
Over the decades, the Manske Roll became a San Marcos icon — from freezer aisles to fraternity houses to generations of locals who swear by it.

Some of us grew up on Manske Rolls. Others came for the icing and stayed for the mission. We all believe in baking with purpose — staying true to the original while rolling into something even bigger.
